How does my friend claim the $20 discount?
When they book, they just mention your name — or we'll already have it on file if you sent us a heads-up.
When do I get my $20 credit?
After your friend's first trip is completed. We'll text you to confirm the credit is on your account.
How do I apply my $20 credit?
Mention your referral credit when you book your next ride. We'll apply it to your booking total before you pay.
Can I combine my referral credit with other offers?
Unless otherwise noted, referral credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No limit. Every completed referral earns another $20 credit.
Do credits expire?
Credits are good for 12 months from the date they're issued.
Referral terms & payout timing
- Who can refer: Existing ETRides customers who have completed at least one trip.
- Friend discount: $20 off your friend's first booking. They must be a new ETRides customer and cannot combine the discount with other offers unless otherwise noted.
- Referrer credit: You earn a $20 credit after your friend's first trip is completed.
- Payout timing: Credits are applied within 48 hours of trip completion.
- How to apply your credit: When you book your next ride, mention that you have a referral credit on your account. We’ll apply the $20 credit to your booking total before you pay.
- Combining with other offers: Referral credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise noted.
- Stacking & expiry: Credits are unlimited and stack, but each credit expires 12 months after issue.
